It is a marketplace. You browse training programmes tied to real roles, filter them against your own situation, your city, your qualification, your age, what you can afford, and see the full fee schedule and the full selection journey before you decide. PeopleCap runs Launchpad as a sourcing partner. It does not run the training, it does not collect the fees, it does not lend, and it has no role in who gets hired.
The one number most training ads never show you
The same fee and the same glossy brochure can hide two very different deals. What separates them is how much of your own money you pay before you have anything in writing from the employer. The brochures never say. Launchpad puts that number on every programme it lists, whichever kind it is, and sorts by it.
Some programmes: you pay only after a written commitment

Applying costs nothing. Launchpad never takes money from a candidate. Any fee is paid directly to the training provider, not to Launchpad.
4. A real call
Staff review your application and hold a structured call to check fit, and to explain the fee, the payment schedule, and what is and is not promised.
5. Introduced to the provider
If it fits, you are introduced to the training provider. That is where Launchpad steps out. From there your agreement is with the provider, and you pay them directly.
