Single role?
Fintech recruitment agency
If there is genuinely one seat to fill, this is the faster route: a single calibrated search for a fintech engineering, product, data, risk or revenue role.
See how a single search runsWhen a funded fintech is hiring an engineering pod, a risk function and a revenue layer in the same quarter, the constraint stops being any single search and becomes the plan behind all of them. We run that plan with you across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Pune and Chennai. Success-fee, paid only when someone joins.
Talk to us about a hiring planA single recruitment search answers one question: who fills this seat. Talent acquisition answers a harder one: how does a fintech put ten or fifteen of the right people in place over two quarters without the bar drifting, the bands contradicting each other, or the employer story told three different ways to three candidates who later compare notes.
That is a different purchase. The work is in the sequencing, which role is hired first because it interviews the next three; in the consistency, so the senior backend engineer and the risk lead are held to the same standard of evidence; and in the market read that keeps a lending-product offer from being pitched against the wrong comparator. A desk that treats each role as an unrelated ticket cannot do this, which is why multi-role fintech hiring so often stalls halfway through even when the first hire went well.
We run talent acquisition as the continuous form of our fintech recruitment practice, inside the same Talent Acquisition service we run for the wider financial services sector. One sector, worked continuously, so the calibration behind every role on your plan has already happened.

The full discipline map, with the seniority bands we cover in each, is on roles we hire.
We take the full set of roles, not one at a time, and tell you the order to run them in: which seats unlock interviews for the next, which bands need setting before anything opens, and which role the market will resist at the level you have written.
Every candidate goes through the same assessment and the same written view on fit, so the standard does not drift between the first hire and the tenth. This is what keeps a fast push from quietly lowering the bar as deadlines close in.
Roles run concurrently rather than in a queue, with calibrated shortlists arriving on a cadence you can actually interview against, not all at once and not one a month.
Offers are structured from the same live compensation context, so two hires at the same level are not accidentally a band apart, and no single offer is pitched against the wrong comparator.
Indian financial services notice periods run 60 to 90 days, and that is where offers die to counteroffers. We stay in contact with every candidate through the window, then hand your team a documented process when the push is done.
The operating detail, including the work we decline, is on how we work.
Talent acquisition is the right call when you are hiring across several fintech roles at once, when a funding round has pulled a hiring plan forward, when the bar matters as much as the speed, or when an internal team needs a specialist partner for a defined push rather than a permanent hire.
A single search is the better call when there is genuinely one role to fill. For that, go straight to fintech recruitment. And if the need is a standing engineering team rather than a sequence of hires into your own entity, that is a different build again: Outpost stands up a dedicated offshore team in India, employed and run by us, fintech-led and serving companies worldwide.
If you are weighing an outsourced model against specialist search, RPO versus specialist search sets out where each actually wins.
Recruitment is usually a single search: one role, one shortlist, one hire. Talent acquisition is the ongoing version, run across several roles and several months, where the work is as much about sequencing a hiring plan, holding a consistent bar and protecting the employer story as it is about filling any one seat. A fintech scaling an engineering pod, a risk function and a revenue layer at the same time is buying talent acquisition, not a one-off search.
We run talent acquisition as a partnership that sits alongside your team for the duration of a hiring push, not as a seat rented by the month. For most fintechs that means we own the sourcing and assessment for an agreed set of roles while your team owns the final decision and the candidate relationship. Where a fuller process-outsourcing model is genuinely the right answer, we will tell you, and we set out where RPO wins over specialist search separately.
Backend and platform engineering, mobile and data engineering, data science and risk modelling, product management across payments, lending and wealth, credit and fraud risk, compliance and financial crime, information and technology security, and revenue leadership. We work from senior individual contributor through director level, and selectively at CXO level, which is where the work moves into executive search.
Yes. Multi-role, multi-city pushes are the typical reason a fintech engages us for talent acquisition rather than a single search. We work Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Pune and Chennai continuously, and we will tell you where the pool for a given role is genuinely deeper before you fix the location in the plan.
We work on a success fee, payable when a candidate joins. There is no retainer and no fee for shortlist or assessment work that does not result in a placement, so the sourcing cost and the risk sit with us whether you run one role through us or ten. The fee is agreed before a mandate starts and is a function of role seniority and search difficulty.
Alongside it, on the roles and the periods it cannot economically cover: a sudden burst of funded headcount, a regulated or niche seat, a confidential replacement, or a leadership hire. Most of the fintechs we work with have a capable internal function. We take the load that would otherwise consume a disproportionate share of it, and hand back a clean process when the push is over.
